Jens Krogh Petersen
Jens Krogh Petersen has vast experience in managing and driving major transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments in enterprises and restructurings.
Jens has been Head of DLA Piper Denmark’s Corporate M&A Practice Group since 2018.
Jens has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts and is recognised by IFLR1000, Chambers, The Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal within 'Corporate M&A', 'Private Equity' and 'Media and Entertainment'.
Jens assists especially Danish and foreign enterprises and private equity funds in connection with the sale and purchase of enterprises (M&A). A large number of transactions were so-called cross-border transactions involving international buyers or sellers. Furthermore, Jens has assisted international venture capital funds with investments in Danish companies.
In addition, Jens has, for a number of years, advised Danish and international clients on agreements relating to assignment of rights within the music, film and TV industries.

- Jens acted for Sapiens International Corporation on the acquisition of Tia Technology A/S, a leading Danish provider of digital software solutions.
- Jens acted for Japanese technology group NEC Corporation as chief negotiator on its acquisition of KMD, which is Denmark’s largest provider of IT to the public sector.
