Intellectual Property: Trademarks, patents, advertising, brand protection, copyright, trade secrets, database rights and design. Our work includes prosecution, opposition and litigation of intellectual property rights, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts.

Data Protection: Design and implementation of effective privacy compliance programmes: Running both cross-border data privacy projects and advising on local data privacy issues.

Technology and Sourcing: Technology and sourcing transactions, advising on deal structuring, scoping, service levels and pricing to be able to deliver efficient and joined-up results for our clients.

Media, Sport and Entertainment: Production and rights acquisition, exploitation of media rights, regulatory and administrative issues, broadcasting rights, finance, borrowing, investment and corporate issues, enforcement and dispute resolution.

The IPT team operates on a regional, national and global basis, which means that services can be provided cost-effectively and to a consistently high level by any of our offices in the Nordic region.
