Global M&A Intelligence Report 2022

Our 2022 Global M&A Intelligence Report is now live. This report is based on an analysis of approximately 750 private M&A deals undertaken in 2021, including 130 in the Nordics. It also draws on the analysis of over 2,600 further deals undertaken in 2016-20 for our earlier M&A Intelligence reports.

In 2021, for the twelfth successive year, we were once again number one for global M&A deal volume (Mergermarket) and for the fifth year in a row we were number for Nordic M&A deal volume.
