Represented HMI Capital in their investments in the Swedish fintech companies Klarna AB and Tink.

Represented the US private equity firm STG Group in their acquisition of Visma Retail and Extenda in the Nordics.

Represented the Swedish State Pension Funds – AP1, AP3 and AP4 – in setting up and investing in their new infrastructure fund Polhem Infra. Anders have also assisted Polhem Infra with their investments in infrastructure.
