The Nordic real estate group consist of more than 100 lawyers who support clients throughout the life cycle of their real estate transactions. We have a thorough understanding of the regional markets, working extensively with regional, national and international clients on their investments and developments in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
- Advising Prologis European Logistics Fund on the acquisition of 11 prime logistics properties of 295,000 sq. m., mainly located in Stockholm and the Gothenburg area, from Logistikfastigheter i Sverige AB. The transaction value was EUR 360 million.
- Advising Savills Investment Management and acting on behalf of its Nordic Fund III - Retail, on the acquisition of a EUR 120 million retail portfolio comprising four retail parks from IKEA Centres in Sweden. The properties comprise a total of 67,000 sq.m. of retail premises located in Uddevalla, Borlänge, Haparanda and Uppsala. Our work for Savills Investment Management also included the set-up of the Nordic Fund III - Retail and financing.
- Advising 90 North Real Estate Partners on the acquisitions and management of logistics assets in Norway worth a total of EUR 70 million.
- Advising Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of a 1,700 sq. m. retail and residential property in Copenhagen.
- Advising a fund managed by Corum Asset Management on the acquisition of two hypermarket properties in Finland.
- Advising Round Hill Capital on the acquisition of two residential portfolios in Finland consisting of approx. 4,000 housing units.
- Advising Partners Group on the acquisition of a EUR 100 million five-asset office and industrial portfolio in Norway.
- Advising Kildare Partners on the acquisitions and management of a EUR 120 million 12-asset retail portfolio in Norway.
- Advising Partners Group in connection with NREP’s sale of the “Nordic Living” portfolio to Heimstaden consisting of eight residential properties in Denmark of a total of 38,000 sq. m. and a transaction value of approx. EUR 147 million.
- Advising Blackstone on the acquisition of a residential property consisting of 10 residential units in Copenhagen from a Danish commercial fund.
- Advising Prologis on the acquisition of a logistics property located in Rosersberg, Stockholm, from a Swedish family-owned real estate company.
- Advising Varma on the acquisition from NCC of an office campus in Finland.
