DLA Piper tops Mergermarket 2020 league tables in the Nordics
For the fourth consecutive year, DLA Piper earned the top legal advisor ranking in the Nordics for overall M&A deal volume, according to Mergermarket's 2020 league tables.
Our Corporate M&A team was involved in 155 transactions in the Nordics in 2020. Regardless of COVID-19, the number of deals we were involved in the past year ended up close to 2019 figure (163 deals).
