Glenn has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts and has conducted numerous cases before the Danish courts. Glenn specialises in lease law, including leases for office, residential, retail, restaurant, hotel and production premises. 

He has vast experience in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, lease termination, rent determination, rent adjustment, breach of contract, assignment as well as vacation and relocation issues. 

He also provides assistance in connection with dispute resolution and legal proceedings. Moreover, Glenn has extensive experience in insolvency law and complex bankruptcy and restructuring processes, including dealing with legal issues relating to charges and avoidance proceedings.  

He also assists in conducting due diligence in connection with transactions involving residential or commercial properties.

  • Glenn has provided legal advice on an ongoing basis to 7-Eleven and Uno-X regarding commercial leases, the setting up of branches, termination and closing of branches, contractual relationships and dispute resolution. 
  • Glenn has provided legal advice on an ongoing basis to major Danish telecom provider TDC A/S within real estate, including as regards rental properties and the transfer of real estate, commercial leases, the negotiation of leases and assistance in connection with disputes on leases and dispute resolution.   
  • Glenn has provided legal advice to Danish property developers FB Gruppen A/S and Ny Valby Udvikling A/S regarding the acquisition of Grønttorvet in Valby, which was formerly a Copenhagen wholemarket site, for the purpose of creating and constructing a new city district with approx. 2,000 residential units and shops.
