Ville Leppäniemi
Associate
Ville Leppäniemi advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment law. Ville has experience in giving general day-to-day advice, employment and executive agreements, terminations of employment, collective bargaining agreements and legal due diligence.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ville has acquired a vast experience within employment law by working at a Finnish law firm, a major employers' association and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Ville has also been a Legal Trainee at DLA Piper.
