Timo Ruikka focuses on contracts for investment goods transactions and projects (technology, plant & equipment, networks, systems), in IP and technology law, as well as business and policy issues related to digital media. Timo also litigates supply contract and licensing disputes in Finnish courts and international arbitration proceedings. Timo’s clients include telecom service providers, equipment vendors, shipbuilding and machine suppliers and purchasers of ICT systems and machinery, plant and equipment.

Timo's experience covers most areas of business law and transactions and he has served for 30 years in three major industries (paper industry, metals and engineering, electronics). During his career of two decades in senior positions at Nokia, he has gained a keen understanding of business management and global technology industries in addition to his role as a lawyer.
