Thomas Greibe Nielsen

Thomas Greibe Nielsen is an associate in the Corporate M&A department, where he works with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.

Thomas handles the entire process and all legal aspects related to M&A, including due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, and signing/closing.
