Saara Mankki
Senior Associate
Saara Mankki advises clients on a wide range of complex banking and finance matters, with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Her practice covers corporate financing, including acquisition financing and real estate financing, with a particular focus on ship financing transactions.
Saara earned her LL.M. from the University of Helsinki in 2018 and was admitted to the Finnish Bar in 2023. Before joining DLA Piper, she held the position of Senior Associate in the banking and finance practice of a leading Helsinki-based law firm.
