Nynne Elmgaard Isaksen

Nynne Isaksen is primarily engaged in EU procurement law and provides advice on EU and national procurement rules to public authorities, utility companies and other bodies required to put contracts out to tender.

Her advisory services include assessment of any obligation to put contracts out to tender, selection of tendering procedure, drafting of tender documents, completion of tender proceedings, access to documents and complaints procedures, etc.

Furthermore, Nynne represents private tenderers in connection with submitting tenders or subsequently in connection with access to documents or a complaint to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
