Niels W. Kjærgaard
Niels Wive Kjærgaard specialises in construction law, procurement law, insolvency law as well as real estate transactions and lease agreements.
Niels has vast experience in advising and representing owners, contractors, technical advisors, financial guarantee insurance companies and other insurance companies in civil lawsuits as well as in arbitration proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.
Over the years, Niels has acted for a large number of Danish and international clients within these areas. His clients span across public authorities and private enterprises from Danmark and abroad.
Furthermore, Niels has also litigated a large number of cases in various legal areas before the ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals. Niels has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a member of Foreningen Højesteretsskranken (a Danish association of experienced supreme court litigators).
