Mohsin Ramani
Mohsin Ramani works with dispute resolution and litigation, both before ordinary courts and arbitration. He is is heading DLA Piper's insurance sector in the Nordics.
Mohsin has experience with disputes relating to i.a. administrative law, company law, compensation claims, competition cases and follow-on claims, employment matters, post M&A and shareholder disputes as well as maritime and transport issues. He also handles insurance cases with a focus on financial lines, marine insurance including the Nordic Plan, product liability, re-insurance, W&I and professional liability including D&O.
