Mikkel Reiss Overby

Mikkel Reiss Overby is an assistant attorney in the Corporate M&A practice group. He advises Danish and international clients on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, including private M&A transactions, legal due diligence, transaction structuring, the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and corporate governance matters.

Mikkel also has particular experience in the media and entertainment sector, where he advises artists, rights holders, management companies and other industry participants on commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, licensing, management arrangements and the commercial exploitation of creative rights.
