Mette specializes in career and leadership development, performance management, as well as DEI and mental health initiatives. She also has extensive experience with HR administration and recruitment based on certifications in various personality profiling and emotional intelligence tools.
With 10 years of HR experience in the legal industry, Mette works closely with the partner group on the people agenda. As a skilled facilitator and project manager, Mette leads the implementation of strategic HR initiatives alongside the People & Culture team.
