Live H. Sjøli is specialized within construction law and dispute resolution.
She assists Norwegian and foreign contractors, developers and construction advisors with respect to the full spectrum of legal issues arising out of construction projects. This work includes contract reviews and negotiations, strategic and legal advice throughout the project execution, as well as litigation. Previous assignments include several substantial and complex building and infrastructure contracts and projects.
As a deputy judge and lawyer, Live has gained broad and extensive litigation practice in both construction law and a number of other areas, including contract law and tort law.
Live also has particular expertise with bankruptcies in the construction industry.
