Katja Heikkinen practices primarily in the areas of energy, infrastructure, and industrial assets. Katja has significant experience advising on complex and large-scale transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including joint ventures and other cooperation arrangements. Katja’s work particularly encompasses onshore and offshore wind power, solar photovoltaic projects, and battery energy storage systems.
In addition, Katja regularly provides strategic legal counsel throughout the development and operational phases of assets, covering real estate, commercial, corporate, and contract law.
