Karolin Bergström

Karolin Bergström focuses her practice on corporate law, with particular emphasis on venture capital. She primarily advises venture capital funds and emerging growth companies on establishments, financing rounds, equity investments and incentive plans. Karolin also advises on divestments and M&A transactions as well as general corporate matters.

Karolin has completed a client secondment with the Corporate Legal team at EQT Group, gaining deeper insight into private equity operations and commercial decision-making. During the secondment, she provided cross-functional legal support on complex, business-critical matters, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
