Jonathan Fahlstrøm Andersen specialises in insolvency and restructuring.
Jonathan is experienced within dispute resolution and has conducted a number of lawsuits, including those arising out of bankruptcy estates in the form of avoidance and disqualification proceedings.
Jonathan has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts.
Jonathan is also extensively experienced in the restructuring of businesses and has provided advice to enterprises in distress on the possibilities for saving the entire or parts of a profit-yielding operation via restructuring. Moreover, Jonathan is widely experienced in the administration of bankruptcy estates. In this relation, Jonathan provides assistance to enterprises in distress, creditors and charge holders.
Jonathan also deals with general company law and contract law and advises small and medium-sized enterprises on the establishment and formation of companies as well as the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.

- Jonathan acted for Gartneriet Tvillingegården A/S in connection with in-court restructuring proceedings. The restructuring proceedings involved dealing with the operation during the restructuring period, completing two partial business transfers as well as dealing with the company's 77 employees.
- Jonathan carried out a number of tasks in connection with the bankruptcy proceedings against a restaurant group, which consisted of 22 companies, including realising assets in the bankruptcy estates, handling contracting parties and business partners as well as handling creditors.
- Jonathan assisted in the bankruptcy proceedings against Råhus Construction ApS, which was characterised in particular by a vast number of avoidance proceedings. Jonathan prepared and conducted a number of these proceedings.
