Johan Forsling
Johan Forsling is a real estate and energy lawyer with over 15 years of experience and heads the firms real estate team as well as the environmental team. He advises on large-scale development projects across residential, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, with particular expertise in matters related to renewable energy. His practice also includes extensive work in planning and environmental law.
In recent years, Johan has played a key role in several of Sweden’s largest energy transactions, managing all infrastructure-related planning issues and representing clients before permitting authorities. As a litigator, he has successfully handled disputes concerning rights of use for power lines, zoning conflicts, and permitting matters before all levels of Sweden’s environmental courts.
He regularly provides legal counsel on regulatory planning and environmental law, combining deep technical understanding with strategic insight to support clients in complex regulatory landscapes.
