Joel Montin

Joel Montin specialises in financial regulation, as well as derivatives and other financial products and activities. Joel has a broad experience from the banking and capital markets industry in Sweden and abroad. Joel also has experience in fund distribution and set-up, as well as investments in funds, and issues relating to the financing of insurance operations and consumer issues.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Joel was responsible for financial regulatory advice at another law firm. Prior to that, Joel held the position as Head of Funding, Capital & Resolution, legal at Nordea. Joel also has a background at Sweden's central bank.
