Jakob Ingemann Gade specialises in advising on construction and company law.

Within construction law, Jakob provides advice to a number of construction-industry players in connection with disputes, including legal and arbitration proceedings, risk management in connection with construction projects, and the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts.

Within company law, he provides advice to primarily small and medium-sized enterprises on the sale and purchase of enterprises, the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, company structuring, commercial issues, and disputes.

In addition, Jakob lectures in the law of obligations at the University of Copenhagen.
