Gisle Edvard Årnes

Gisle Edvard Årnes works primarily with technology and privacy, where his main expertise is advanced contract law, technology law, board responsibilities and Dispute Resolution and Litigation. He has many years of experience as a lawyer and as a board member for companies within the technology field. 

He works regularly with contract law issues in these sectors. This includes quality of agreements, preparation of agreements, contract audits and litigation related to conflicts in such agreements. Within the Dispute Resolution and Litigation field he has been the lead attorney in several complex arbitration proceedings as well as several high profiled advanced proceedings in the ordinary Norwegian Courts.
