Elfrida Skowronski

Elfrida Skowronski works with dispute resolution, assisting both Swedish and international clients in disputes and related matters. She has extensive experience representing clients in general courts and institutional arbitration proceedings administered by the SCC and has also participated in cases before administrative courts and occasional ad hoc arbitrations.

Her expertise in dispute resolution spans several areas of commercial law, such as real estate law with a particular focus on tenancy issues, insurance law, and employment law. Elfrida has a background in corporate law and based on that, regularly handles M&A-related disputes, shareholder disputes, and issues and processes related to compulsory redemption. Together with the firm’s public procurement team, she also represents clients in procurement-related matters.

In addition to pure dispute resolution, Elfrida assists clients with general contractual matters, contract review, and strategic advice aimed at minimizing the risk of future disputes and creating long-term solutions for clients. She has specific industry knowledge in the real estate sector and employment law. Elfrida is also part of DLA Piper Sweden’s Diversity & Inclusion team.
