Dane Stattin

Dane Stattin specialises in intellectual property (IP) and commercial agreements, with a particular focus on assisting companies in matters relating to the protection, management and commercialisation of intellectual property assets. In his day-to-day practice, Dane assists clients in drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including software license agreements, SaaS agreements, license and assignment agreements for intellectual property. He also has extensive experience in managing supplier agreements for various types of products and IT services, as well as reseller agreements - often in complex and international contexts. 

In addition, Dane offers strategic advice on building and managing IP portfolios, including handling trademark and design applications, and developing internal policies and procedures for IP protection. He also represents clients in disputes and administrative proceedings relating to intellectual property rights, both in Sweden and internationally. In addition to his experience with intellectual property rights and commercial agreements, Dane has also worked with mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and general corporate law.
