Cathrine Blume

Cathrine Blume is an assistant attorney in the Corporate M&A practice group and is specialised in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She primarily works with the sale and purchase of companies as well as corporate law and advises on domestic and international investments and cross-border transactions, including the structuring of M&A transactions, legal due diligence processes, drafting of transaction documentation and other corporate law matters.

Cathrine holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of Copenhagen and has an international profile following several years of living and studying abroad, including in the UAE, Switzerland, Spain and Australia.
