Aykut Aslan Yucel

Aykut Aslan Yucel is a member of the firm’s Corporate group and advises on private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions. He acts for private equity funds, portfolio companies and growth businesses in corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border investments and acquisitions. He also advises entrepreneurs and emerging companies throughout their growth journeys.

Before joining the firm, Aykut worked in the private M&A and finance and restructuring practices of other leading Swedish law firms, where he advised on cross-border and domestic M&A and financing matters.
