Anne Rossen provides advice on real estate in general.
Anne’s primary practice area is the sale and purchase of real estate. She acts mainly for corporate clients, including property investors and developers.
Anne is involved in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, due-diligence processes and project development. Furthermore, she deals with residential and business lease law.
Anne also authored the article “How far does the dynamic doctrine go? Looking for the basis of precontractual liability in the CISG”, Nordic Journal of Commercial Law, no. 1, 2020.
- Anne assisted in the purchase of a number of properties for shop purposes. The deal included both the assignment of leases and the purchase of finished properties and properties under construction. She assisted in conducting due diligence of business leases and construction contracts as well as in concluding agreements and handling closing.
- Anne acted for a large enterprise on the acquisition of a large number of wind turbines. She assisted in the part of the transaction relating to property law.
