Anne Louise Dalsgaard
Anne Louise Dalsgaard specialises in the sale and purchase of real estate and in project development.
Anne Louise has in recent years acted for property investors and developers on the sale, purchase and development of properties for residential purposes, including portfolio sales of terraced house projects.
She deals with the negotiation as well as drafting of contracts, due-diligence processes and the completion of property sales and purchases.
Moreover, Anne Louise holds a project management certification (PRINCE2) and has extensive experience of project management within real-estate transactions and major property projects.
Anne Louise was appointed by the Danish Bar and Law Society as contact person in the Aarhus judicial district for a 2-year period from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2026.

- Anne Louise acted for Danish asset manager Formuepleje on the sale of a property portfolio of 11 properties situated in Eastern Denmark and in Aarhus to a German private equity fund.
- Anne Louise acted for Danish house construction company Milton Huse A/S on e.g. the sale of property portfolios of 346 and 244 residential units, respectively, to Swedish property investor Niam, and she also acted for Milton Huse A/S in connection with the setup of a joint venture – Kronhusene – between Milton Huse A/S and Niam.
