Anders Nørgaard

Anders Nørgaard provides advice on procurement law and its related areas of law, including public law, to governmental entities, utility companies and private enterprises.

In addition, Anders has a wealth of experience in out-of-court negotiations and dispute resolution, including before the Danish courts, the Danish Institute of Arbitration, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board as well as the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement. 

Anders has conducted a number of legal and complaints proceedings of general public importance for public authorities, public companies and C20 companies.

Moreover, Anders is experienced in giving presentations to players in the procurement and construction fields, and he has previously lectured under the auspices of Local Government Denmark, IKA (a Danish group of public purchasers), Universities Denmark, the University of Southern Denmark, Green Power Denmark, Udbudskonferencen (the annual procurement conference set up by JUC, a Danish legal education centre), the Capital Region of Denmark, Fællesudbud Sjælland (a buying group for municipalities in Eastern Denmark), Indkøbsfællesskab Nord (a buying group for educational institutions in Northern Denmark), MERCELL, EU-Supply, etc.
