Anders Hosbond Nielsen
Anders Hosbond Nielsen specialises in technology, IT and process law, and advises technology-intensive companies, public authorities and utility companies on complex legal and commercial issues.
He is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court and is recognised by Legal 500 in the field of Data Privacy and Data Protection.
Anders is a highly experienced specialist in handling complex IT disputes and conducts litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to, amongst other things, IT projects, software development, operations, outsourcing, cyber security, data protection and commercial contracts.
He also advises on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex technology and digitalisation projects, including development, operations, cloud, outsourcing and SaaS agreements. Anders has considerable experience with contracts of significant financial and commercial importance and regularly assists clients in managing the legal and commercial risks arising from digital transformations and technology investments.
Within the field of technology and innovation, Anders advises on intellectual property rights, AI, data usage and digital business models. He also has a strong profile in the areas of cyber security, data protection law and regulatory compliance, including DORA, NIS2, risk management, governance, impact assessments, security breaches and other requirements relating to digital resilience.
Anders also has considerable experience with commission and inquiry work and has been appointed as a member of the Tibet Commission II and the Commission of Inquiry into SKAT.
As an experienced trainer and speaker, Anders regularly delivers training to companies, boards of directors and senior management on topics relating to technology, cyber security and data protection law.

- Anders acts as advisor to senior officials called to testify before the Danish commission of inquiry regarding the Danish customs and tax administration (SKAT) and previously performed the same role in respect of the second Danish commission of inquiry regarding Tibet.
