DLA Piper advises WeWork on renting 5,660 sqm premises in Copenhagen

US provider of shared workspaces WeWork, which entered the Danish market in the summer of 2019, is expanding its Copenhagen portfolio with the conclusion of a lease agreement for 5,600 sqm of premises situated at Kalvebod Brygge 35 in central Copenhagen.

DLA Piper Denmark Partner Tony Lund-Burmeister and Lawyer Sofie Lauth advised WeWork in connection with the negotiations and conclusion of the lease agreement, which commenced on 1 September 2019.
