DLA Piper advises ABRY Partners on the acquisition of two enterprise software companies

ABRY together with the management of the acquired companies have founded Confirma Software AB, a new Nordic platform focusing on acquiring strong enterprise software companies with specialized offerings for SME customers in the Nordic countries. Since its founding in 1989, ABRY has focused on media, communications, business and information services to become one of the most experienced private equity firms investing in North America and Europe.
Our advice covered project management, corporate structure and incentive programs as well as the acquisitions.
The DLA Piper team in Helsinki was led by Petri Morelius. Our team in Stockholm was led by Petter Kjöllerström.
