LET US ASSIST YOU WITH A PRE-AUDIT

For most organisations, complying with the GDPR is challenging and only few organisations are compliant at all times. This is true of small enterprises as well as large multinational organisations, with more than 160,000 data breaches being reported to the supervisory authorities in the EU in 2019 alone.

Our GDPR team knows the methods used by the supervisory authorities when inspecting organisations. When conducting a pre-audit, we review the areas which the supervisory authorities may ask you to account for, identify any potential issues with your GDPR compliance processes and documentation, and assist you in being prepared for an inspection by the supervisory authorities.

A pre-audit is normally completed in one day and you will, prior to the pre-audit, be informed of the areas to be reviewed and how to prepare. As a follow-up on and documentation of the preaudit, you will receive a report highlighting your non-compliant areas with specific suggestions for improvements for each area.
